How to Apply

Please contact your Business Development Manager or Telephone Business Development Manager in the first instance to discuss your enquiry and they will guide you through the process.

Please note: If you have never placed business with Lloyds TSB International you will need to complete and return the Introducer Agreement Form before you will be able to submit the case.

To apply for a Regulated Mortgage Contract (RMC):

Step 1 – Contact us on 0800 731 1433 to obtain a Key Facts Illustration (KFI) for you to personalise and issue to your client*.

Step 2 – If client accepts the KFI complete an RMC application.

Step 3 - Post the completed RMC application to:

We will contact you by phone or email with a decision within 3 working days of receipt of the application and supporting documentation.

To apply for a Buy-To-Let (BTL) mortgage:

We will aim to contact you by phone or email with a decision within 48 hours of receipt of the application.

* Only applies if your client is resident within the EEA. If your client does not currently reside in the EEA you do not need to issue them with a KFI.
