BM Solutions enhances One Minute Mortgage application

BM Solutions has this week enhanced its award-winning One Minute Mortgage application system. The lender has worked closely with brokers to develop the already well-regarded application system, which now includes new features and personalised tools:

Application homepage

An application homepage will be generated for each successfully created application, allowing brokers to manage the progress of their applications and track their submitted cases from one place. This new feature also brings enhanced flexibility for brokers enabling them to choose to key information in an order which suits them (under the sub-categories 'Decision', 'Illustration' and 'Full Application').

Application assessment

Application assessment is now at the beginning of the process, enabling the system to feedback any problems earlier, allowing brokers to deal with them quickly.

Extra support

Extra messages, hints and tips have been added. When brokers key an application the information is validated as soon as it is entered.

Completeness checks

The new system will let brokers know if any data is missing from a page or section of the application. Once a section is complete a tick will appear next to it on the application homepage.

Phil Rickards, head of sales at BM Solutions, said:

We didn't want to make change for the sake of it, so listened to what they said and made sure we were addressing the things that matter. The new system is easier to navigate, quicker to use and simpler to submit business, and we hope it will be a hit with brokers. "
