BM SOLUTIONS DELIVERS ON PACKAGER COMMITMENT

BM Solutions has demonstrated its commitment to packagers by delivering on a number of key promises.

Earlier in the year, BM Solutions pledged to deliver a number of service initiatives to improve packagers' day to day experience of working with them.

In response to feedback, BM now provides packagers with a dedicated BDM as a local point of contact to assist them with any case or criteria queries. Changes to BM's proc fees also now ensure that brokers are not disadvantaged and that they receive the same fee irrespective of whether they use packagers.
