Phil Rickards, Head of Sales
As Head of Sales at BM Solutions, Phil has responsibility for the day to day management of the BM Solutions sales teams within the intermediary market. This includes 3 sales regions, its Business Development Managers and a team of Business Development Consultants.
In his 14 year career at BM Solutions, he has held positions of Financial Advisor, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager and has seen the business develop from a small Building Society into one of the UK's number 1 specialist lenders during this time.
