As you will be aware TMB ceased to accept new business applications as of the 22 August. As a responsible lender we are directing all customers to contact an Independent Financial Advisor to assist them with their request to increase borrowing / change rate / move home / new mortgage. If you wish to submit an application to Birmingham Midshires all applications will need to be submitted as a new /remortgage via our on line system.
If you have an existing TMB customer who chooses to take out new borrowing with BM and has queries about ERC's payable on the existing TMB borrowing then please contact Birmingham Midshires on 08457 253 253.
If your client is an existing TMB customer requiring further borrowing on a Self Build case where the build has not been completed and further funds are required – You will need to complete and submit the self build further advance application form which is located on our website.
