The Standard Declaration form is no longer in use and has been replaced with a streamlined process which only requires you to confirm within the One Minute Mortgage application system that your client has read and understood the new Important Customer Information (ICI) document.

The BM standard Mortgage Application Form now follows a 2 stage process.

• Stage 1 - submit to receive a KFI
• Stage 2 - submit when the KFI has been accepted by all applicants
  If you have already supplied the customer(s) with a KFI, submit both stage 1 and stage 2 forms together.
